Ode to Submission

Ode to Submission appropriates and warps footage sourced from concerts and popular TV shows in order to create a short experimental video that explores how idolatry influences the cultivation of modern youth culture. Images are blurred and camouflaged with bright colors to create a hypnotic viewing experience, while subtly alluring to how hollow, deceitful, and inculcating the initial content was.
